Director of Product

We’re looking for a discovery-driven, customer-oriented product leader who loves teasing apart complex problems and working in a highly collaborative fashion with engineers and designers to prototype, validate, and deliver elegant software solutions to users. Highwing is a fast-growing startup building tools to connect insurance brokers and carriers to more efficiently transact commercial insurance. You’ll have a key role in driving our product discovery and delivery efforts, stewarding the culture of our product organization, and helping shape the strategic direction of the company as a whole.
