We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to support one of our development teams, which works mainly on customer projects.

Your Tasks as a Documentation Specialist (m/f/d) at Inpsyde

Together with our top WordPress developers, you will implement modern and sophisticated WordPress projects with state-of-the-art code quality in the B2B area.

Work as part of a development team on (mainly) customer projects Document technical implementations into user manuals and internal documents Enrich documentation with screencasts, gifs and other kinds of media Support the project management and team lead with project relevant documentation and reporting

What You Bring Along

You have about 4 years of professional experience in the field of technical documentation and 2 years of remote working experience You are a passionate writer You are proficient with administrative technology, especially Atlassian Confluence and MS Office You have very good written and spoken English language skills You can comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data and create complex documentation, especially at the end-user level You are comfortable with working in an agile environment
